NEW SCOUTS BSA TROOP LEADER TRAINING

Join with other, new Scouts BSA Troop leaders on an exciting learning adventure where you get to be the newest Scout in an adults only Troop under the guidance of an experienced staff of over 20 people. Course completion provides you with both the REQUIRED TRAININGS (Scoutmaster Specific and Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills) you need to take your youth from indoor meetings to outdoor adventures. During the course, you will live the patrol method, the method by which successful Troops are organized. This is the recommended option. Come be part of Takachsin Troop 54!
*Fee does not include the cost of four meals to be cooked as a patrol. The food cost for these meals will be determined by the patrol participants.

This required course introduces new adult leaders to Troop organization, planning, and meeting execution plus more. This course can be taken alone, but it is recommended to take the NEW SCOUTS BSA TROOP LEADER TRAINING to get the most out of the experience.

This required course builds on the Scoutmaster Specific training introducing new leaders to outdoor skills and helping provide the confidence to take youth on outdoor adventures. This course can be taken alone, but it is recommended to take the NEW SCOUTS BSA LEADER TRAINING to get the most out of the experience.
